Important NOTE: If you are in SCAQMD, and do not intend to take your twin engine sweeper out of this district, you do not have to register with the SCAQMD or ARB. South Coast has chosen to not require sweepers to register, however they will need to comply with ACTM. Most other air quality districts do have registration requirements.
This rule does not involve sweepers. However, if you have a skip loader, back hoe or skid steer type unit, this rule will affect you.
